Where can I check the tracking number?
The tracking number will be automatically sent once we fulfilled the order. It will send to the email address that you used to place the order.
When will get I package?
Free shipping(sea freight) about 20 days. Other country estimated shipping time is 5-15business days. Time might vary because of the courier and countries. If your order exceed the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
When will my order ship out?
Products shipped out same day if order processed by 2pm GMT+8, Monday - Friday excluding holidays.
Orders placed after 2pm GMT+8 on working days or on holidays including weekends will be processed the following working day.
We do not process, ship or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.
What about the customers duties and taxes?

No, it can not glow up, that also means no radiation would damage kids' eyes.

How long can the battery work?
Usually one battery lasts 6 months, depending on how often you use it, after it runs out of powder, you can replace the battery.
